1. Purpose of the Personal Data Protection Policy and Clarification Text
This Personal Data Protection Policy explains the method and legal reason for the collection of personal data of our visitors by the SEAPOWER brand, which is the data controller within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVK Law), the areas, purposes and forms of use of your personal data, with whom and for what purpose SEAPOWER may share your personal data, what your rights are on your personal data processed by SEAPOWER and how you can exercise these rights.
2. What is personal data?
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. 5. Legal Reason for Processing Your Personal Data

6. Personal Data Retention Period
Pursuant to Article 7 of the KVK Law and Article 138 of the Turkish Penal Code, our data controller company retains the personal data it processes only for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or for the period required by the purpose of personal data processing if no period is stipulated in the legislation. The retained data will be deleted after the expiry of the purpose for which the data is kept, and the maximum period for deletion is determined on average 2 years after the expiry of the purpose for which the data is kept, unless the data owner has a request for the deletion of the data, but in cases where a longer or shorter period is stipulated within the scope of the legal legislation and in a mandatory manner, the data will continue to remain in the system for the period specified in the legislation.
Pursuant to the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages; records regarding the withdrawal of consent will be kept for 1 year from this date; the content of the commercial electronic message and any other records regarding the shipment will be kept for 3 years to be submitted to the relevant ministry when necessary. Pursuant to the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6100, the data within the scope of this law will be kept for 10 years. After these periods have elapsed and all the conditions for processing personal data have disappeared, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised by our company or upon your request.
7. To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred
